FAQs

  • Our average placement timeline ranges from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on your family’s needs and scheduling preferences. We also offer emergency placement services for urgent care needs.

  • We offer a 90-day guarantee on all long-term placements. If the match ends due to the nanny’s performance or fit, we provide one complimentary replacement. If your family decides after the 90 days that the nanny is no longer a good fit, a new search fee and placement fee will be due to the Agency.

  • All nannies are required to have an up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications at all times. We also require nannies to have either a nanny certification, Early Childhood Education Degree, Newborn Care Specialist Certification, or other recognized childcare certifications (e.g., Shaken Baby, SIDS, Safe Sleep, etc)

  • Yes, a nanny trial is required for all placements. This is an important step that allows your family to observe the nanny in real time-getting a genuine feel for their caregiving style, personality, and how they interact with your child(ren). The length of the trial is entirely up to your preference-some families choose a few full days, while others opt for a full week. We highly recommend one week to gain the clearest understanding of the nanny’s fit within your home and routine.
