Our Fees
Sterling Nest Nanny Placement
To begin a personalized search, a $450 non-refundable registration fee is required. For a detailed breakdown of services, please contact our team.
Long-Term Placement Fee
6+ Month Employment Commitment
A placement fee of 18% of the nanny’s annual gross salary or $5,000 (whichever is greater). This is including full-time and part-time, live-in and live-out nannies.
Temporary Placement Fee
3 Weeks-6 Months Employment Commitment
A placement fee of 25% of the nanny’s gross salary. This is including Newborn Specialists, full and part- time nannies, travel nannies, etc. ($600 Minimum).
On-Call Babysitting Fee
A fee of $50 per day, per sitter.
