Our Fees
Sterling Nest Nanny Placement
To begin a personalized search, a $450 non-refundable registration fee is required. For a detailed breakdown of services, please contact our team.
Long-Term Placement Fee
Full-time or Part-time
A placement fee of $6,000-$8,000. This includes live-in and live-out services.
Household manager add-on: +$2,000 flat.
Temporary Placement Fee
(<9 months)
A placement fee of 20% of the nannies gross salary during contract. This includes full and part-time nannies, travel nannies, and other short-term placements. 30-Day Replacement Guarantee. Household manager add-on: +$1,000 flat.
Newborn Care Specialist Placement Fee
Minimum 6-Week Employment Commitment
A placement fee of $6,500-$8,000. This includes Newborn Care Specialists and Overnight Infant Care Providers.
A fee of $45 per day, per sitter.
